In this artwork, LIULI Artists take the seemingly ordinary concept of a daily harvest, and transform it into an expression of understated beauty. “The Heart of Our Great Land” reflects the importance of realizing beauty in the daily riches we have, never taking for granted these small gifts of wonder that adds to the beauty of our lives—of ourselves. Crafted in the aesthetic of traditional Chinese ink wash, with a formless form like colored cloud and smoke, this piece represents richness and grace in simplicity.
