Shipping Policy

Once an order has been processed we are not able to add to the order or change the shipping options, address, etc.
Jcyhouse.ca will ship your order via Canada Post or UPS.
Jcyhouse.ca ships all orders from our warehouse in Markham, Ontario.
Upon checkout, you will be given the estimated delivery times for any available and supported levels of Carrier's service. Please allow 2 additional business days for JCY House order processing. Therefore, the arrival of your order will depend on your geographic location in Canada and the shipping level that you select at the time of checkout.
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped and access to a tracking number will be provided to you at that time.
Please be advised that UPS may require someone to sign for your shipment. (If you are shipping to an apartment or in an office building, the carrier might require you to sign for the packages and will not leave them at the door.)
If your order does not ship or encounters any delays we will contact you by email.
Jcyhouse.ca will only ship to Canadian addresses. Please Email us if you need to ship outside Canada.
