Design Concept:
The mythical being here, nestled in a bed of ancient coinage at the confluence of heavenly elements, is what is known as a qilin. The animal possesses divine powers and is symbolic of all the Earth’s forces combined. Glowing with a brilliant blending of crystal colors, the artwork creates a balance in the combination of its fengshui themes. The art piece, titled “Traversing Miles of Wind and Cloud,” invokes a deep contentment with the balance of the universe and all that is righteous and good about the world.
