The Collection: Flower Figurines & Glass Art Sculptures
Design Concept:
In honor of founding artist Loretta H. Yang’s first artist-feature exhibit in America in 2019— “Goodbye Movie, Hello Liuli"—studio artists designed this fiery passionate and deeply meditative flower work. Combining tenets of zen philosophy with the famed Chinese peony, we crafted a piece that is distinctly Loretta yet universal. The crimson-colored crystal piece effortlessly encapsulates Yang’s artistic ideology—using both form and formlessness in its design—and is brushed off with a hint of gold leaf that grounds the zen-inspired piece in the physical world. Collect this 2019 tribute to LIULI and Loretta, exclusive to U.S.A. only and limited to just 99 pieces worldwide.
